RF IC Design Engineer
Description:	Engineering team member in the development of highly integrated RF IC chipset products for the wireless communications markets using state-of-the-art CMOS and BiCMOS processes. Responsibilities include system engineering support, transistor level block design, custom analog layout, product characterization.
Experience:	Candidate should have experience in the design of some of the following analog/RF building blocks: LNAs, mixers, power amplifiers, VCOs, IQ dividers, polyphase filters, Variable Gain Amplifiers, active filters, DACs, digital calibration state machines, DC Offset calibration algorithms, VGA controllers.  Candidate should have considerable experience with the Cadence suite of simulation, layout and verification tools. Experience with block level behavioral modeling using VerilogA and AHDL a plus. Experience with RF and Analog test equipment for characterization of integrated circuits required.
Requirements:	BSEE, 2+ years experience in RF/Analog IC design.
