Principle RF IC Design Engineer
Description:	Lead engineer in the development of highly integrated RF IC products for the emerging wireless communications markets using state-of-the-art processes. Responsibilities include product definition, transistor level design, IC layout support, product characterization, transition to manufacturing, project management.
Experience:	Candidate should be highly proficient in the definition, design, layout, debug  and characterization of transceivers Experience with the following tools highly desirable: Cadence (SpectreRF, Virtuoso), ADS, Orcad (Capture, Layout), MS Visual Basic, Matlab, LabView, VerilogA, AHDL Familiarity with commercial wireless communication standards such as 802.11, WiMax, UWB,WCDMA and EDGE highly desirable
Requirements:	MSEE, 3+ years experience in RF IC design
Location:	Lowell, Massachusetts.
